1. What is iNUM? -- These are a new type of global "phone number".

An "iNUM"phone number provides a free Internet connection to other phones and services that don't have a local number for you to call. You can call an iNUM by dialing a local iNUM ACCESS NUMBER. Then you enter the phone number of the person or service that you want to call - and pay NO toll, long distance,or international connection fees!

2. Why would a anyone use iNUM to connect to callSXM?

If our standard access numbers are a toll call for a person who wants to call you in SXM, or if people in different countries around the world want to call you in SXM, using iNUM may save their toll or international calling fees.

3. How does one call using iNUM? (Please note: you need to dial one extra set of numbers. A bit of a pain- yes, but your caller may save a lot of money.) To use iNUM access:

a) Dial any of the iNUM access numbers below that are local to you. You will be asked for the number to call.

b) Enter callSXMs access number : 0 0 1 - 1 9 2 - 3 0 8

c) Enter your callSXM pin # if asked.

d) Enter the SXM 7-digit local number or SXM speed dial number, and then press "#". That's it!
