1. Get free softphone and account from BudgetSIP. (CLICK HERE TO GET FREE ACCOUNT SETUP)
2. Log in to BudgetSIP account on internet.
3. Click on "Client settings" .
4. Click on "Change my BudgetSIP user profile".
5. Enter up to 5 phone numbers (in "Phone numbers" box) that you want to call out using your account. These numbers remain active until you change them.
6. Calling from any of these phone numbers, dial 1-646-652-0455 (in New York). You will be instructed to dial out. Then you will hear a dial tone. Example: To call SXM, dial 00-5995X-XXXXX. That's it! Your account is charged only about 9 1/2 c per minute.
NOTE: The caller ID of your designated phone numbers must be switched on (even temporarily) to use this service.
