                          HOW TO USE THE CARD TO CALL ST. MAARTEN:

  1. Call any of the access numbers:  631-824-4040,  516-858-7979,  310-294-8321, 866-266-5549(Toll-Free US*) or 800-215-1858(Toll-Free US/Canada* )  
  1. Enter pin number when asked.  
  1. Enter the local 7 Digit SXM phone number when asked, AND THEN press #.   (Example: for 011-599-5XX-XXXX enter just 5XX-XXXX-#.)

 

Note:  Please DO NOT DIAL 011 and DO NOT DIAL 599. Just enter the local 7 Digit phone number (as if you were calling from within, and to, Dutch St. Maarten) and then press #.

Also, Speed dial numbers are set for the Royal Palm (R-O-Y on the dial), the Flamingo Beach (F-L-A on the dial), the Pelican (P-E-L on the dial), and for the Towers Mullet Bay (T-O-W on the dial) .  When asked for the number you want to call, dial the speed number (i.e., 7-6-9 for the R-O-Yal Palm), then press #.

OUR SYSTEM RELIABILITY

We use fiber optic cable to connect with the internet, and have multiple hardware and software backup systems in place.  Nevertheless, all calling card systems are subject to worldwide internet traffic conditions and occasional service outages.  Calling Caribbean islands also adds weather and local infrastructure conditions to the quality and reliability of calls.  By using card, you agree to hold us harmless if service is affected therefrom.  Most of the time your call will go thru with a clear connection. Otherwise, just call a bit later.  Our system logs call usage automatically and we use this information to ensure you receive full value for your card purchase.

** When calling a resort, card usage starts when the resort phone system answers. Then, even if your called person does not answer, the call is billed until you hang up.

PLEASE NOTE:  When you purchase multiple card amounts on the same day, we will add the total to a single card number unless you instruct us otherwise by email .  To add to an existing card purchased on a different day, complete the purchase(s), then email us to add to your existing card (state your existing card number- we will extend its expiration date)

**** M-ore Minutes rates use alternate routes when available.  Dial "M" (6) before dialing the landline number or Speed Dial number.  The voice quality varies from call to call.  Most often it is the same good quality as our regular routes, but sometimes is higher or lower in quality.  It costs 12 1/2 c or less to try it for 1 minute!
